Namrata Shirodkar (born 22 January 1972 in Mumbai) is an Indian actress, sister of actor Shilpa Shirodkar. Namrata has also worked as a model, and was 1993's Miss India. She came close in the top 6 semi-finalists at Miss Universe (1993).
She made her debut with Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai, (1998). The film also starred Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna. The film was received averagely at the box office. She then went on to star in the hit Vaastav. Her performance was appreciated and she became a known name in Bollywood.
She has played mainly supporting roles in films. Films like Pukar, Hera Pheri and Astitva went on to do well. Since then she has had a combination of average or flop films.
In 2004 she went back into the spotlight when she played the role of Jaya Bakshi in Bride and Prejudice. She played Aishwarya Rai's older sister in the film. It was a huge hit overseas particularly in the UK. She has since left the industry after her marriage.
In February 2005, she married Telugu actor Mahesh Babu. She recently gave birth to a son named Gowtham Gattamaneni on August 31, 2006.

Namitha is a Tamil actress and one of the few glamorous and tall heroines. She is 6 ft tall and weighs 70 kg. She has acted in Tamil, Kannada ,Telugu, Hindi films. Although her base was Tollywood she became famous after the Tamil film Engal Anna opposite Vijayakanth.
Born and raised in Gujarat, Namitha is another actress in the long list of imports from the North that entered the Telugu film industry via Tamil movies. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a housemaid. She became popular with the Tamil version of the film Engal Anna.
A Miss India contest brought Namitha to the Telugu film industry. After entering Tollywood, she immediately grabbed the attention of Telugu film lovers with Sontam and Gemini though the films didn’t fare well in the box office.
She is one of the few melancholic actresses that have had some success in Tamil cinema.
Namitha appeared in an English film named Maya directed by Eric Manning. She has also another Malayalam film in her credit.

Navya Nair (born 1984) whose real name is Dhanya Nair, is a Malayalam actress. She is noted for her portrayal of the typical Malayali (Keralite) girl in various movies. She debuted in the Malayalam film Ishtam (2001). She bagged the Kerala State Award for the Best Actress in 2002 for the film Nandanam and again in 2005 for her performance in films Kanne Madanguka and Saira.

Diana Kurien (born 18 November 1984 in Kerala, India), popularly known as Nayantara (Tamil : நயண்தரா), is a south Indian actress and has acted in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies.
She was born in Tiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. She was chosen by director Satyan Anthikkad and cast opposite Jayaram in Mansinakkare. Later she played a ghost who falls in love with hero Mohanlal in Fazil’s Vismayathumbathu. She played opposite Sarath Kumar in Ayya. She acted with Rajnikanth in Chandramukhi, her most successful movie to-date[
Previously, Nayanthara was frequently linked with Simbhu, who she worked with in Vallavan. At the time, both Simbhu and Nayanthara kept denying this. However on November 17th, 2006, she announced her break-up with co-star Simbhu.

Nimmi (b. 1932) was a famous actress in the 1950s.Nimmi was born in the small town of Fatehbad, Uttar Pradesh in 1932. Her mother's name was Wahidan. She came to Bombay with her mother who played small roles in minor films in the 1930s. Nimmi was fortunate to get a break in Barsaat (1949) through Raj Kapoor, where she played the role of a pahaadi girl. Soon she was working with heroes like Raj Kapoor, Dev Anand and Dilip Kumar in the 1950s. After Andaaz (1949), Mehboob Khan cast her in Aan (1952). With this she shot into stardom alongside Dilip Kumar, whom she acted with in Daag in the same year. In the late 1950s, Nimmi worked with renowned directors like Chetan Anand, Vijay Bhatt, and K.A. Abbas. As her career progressed, Nimmi delved into film production and started her own banner. She made the film Danka both as a star and a producer.
By the 1960s, Nimmi's career went under a cloud with all the new actresses coming in. Being a fan of Ashok Kumar, she never really got to pair with him romantically, despite starring alongside him in Deedar and Bhai Bhai. She made her last film, Akashdeep (1965) and left the film industry. She fell in love with screen writer S. Ali Raza, who wrote the dialogues for her films Barsaat, Aan and Andaz, married him and settled down. Her incomplete film Love and God which went through many difficulties during filming after the deaths of leading actor Guru Dutt and director K. Asif was released in 1986 in incomplete form.
Today, Nimmi lives next to her beloved Bombay seafront in Worli with her husband.
